Who we are
SUGARIKA™ is a sweets business based at 361, Kalitala Road, Purbachal, Kolkata 700078, West Bengal, India. For privacy questions, write to [email protected] or call +91 98310 11479.
What we collect
If you send an enquiry from this website, we keep the details you type in: your name, phone number, email if you give one, business name, city or location, the products or partnership you ask about, and your message.
The site also receives ordinary technical details from your browser, such as the page you came from and the internet address used to send the form. We use that to receive the enquiry and to keep the form working.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to discuss sweets, cakes, desserts, B2B supply, distribution or a FOCO production hub, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell these details.
If you continue on WhatsApp, that chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. The number we use is +91 98310 11479.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to answer you and to manage a possible commercial relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our own records.
Cookies
This website does not run an advertising or analytics tracker. Your browser may still store ordinary files that help a page load. You can clear those in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about an enquiry you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We may need your name and phone number to find the record.
